چکیده

The boundary integral equation method is used to prove the convergence of the Drude-Born-Fedorov equations with variable coeecients, possibly non-smooth, to Maxwell's equations as chirality admittance tends to zero.

A combined Hilbert space and integral equation method is employed to prove the existence and uniqueness of the solutions to the scattering problem.
